Stretchora charges a flat shipping fee of $6.90 per order. The applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout. International customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included unless specifically stated.

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Items must generally be unused, unwashed, unassembled, and returned with their original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components. All returns require prior written authorization. Certain opened or used personal-contact and safety-related products may not be returnable unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
