Consider the mat’s dimensions, thickness, material, surface texture, portability, and intended use. Standard mats suit everyday practice, extra-thick mats provide additional cushioning, travel mats are easier to carry, and alignment mats include visual position guides. Always review the specifications on the product page before ordering.

Stretchora charges a flat shipping fee of $6.90 per order. The applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout. International customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included unless specifically stated.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, or other external factors.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing available tracking information. Tracking updates may take approximately 2–5 days to appear after dispatch, particularly when packages are transferred between international and local carriers.

Items must generally be unused, unwashed, unassembled, and returned with their original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components. All returns require prior written authorization.
