About this item

  • PICK YOUR SIZE FOR YOUR HEIGHT — 45 cm for kids and shorter PT users / 55 cm for 5'0"-5'5" / 65 cm for 5'6"-6'0" (most popular) / 75 cm for 6'1"-6'5" / 85 cm for 6'6"+. The workout ball is intentionally unstable, so your deep core, lower back, and pelvic floor work continuously to keep you upright — turning a desk sit, a lumbar PT homework set, or a labor-prep hip rotation into real strengthening.
  • GYM-GRADE ANTI-BURST PVC, DUAL-ACTION PUMP INCLUDED — Thick non-toxic PVC, tested to 880 lbs; if punctured, it deflates slowly rather than bursting — the safety pattern PT clinics actually look for. The box includes the swiss ball, a dual-action pump, two ball plugs, a stopper remover, and a printed exercise guide. Inflate to 80-90% the first time, let the ball settle 24 hours, then top it up.
  • RECOMMENDED BY OBSTETRICIANS, MIDWIVES, DOULAS & PHYSICAL THERAPISTS — Expecting and postpartum mothers reach for it as a pregnancy ball, birthing ball, and labor ball for gentle hip rotation and pelvic mobility (always confirm with your OB or midwife). Work-from-home professionals swap their desk chair for active sitting on a yoga ball chair or exercise ball chair. Older adults and lumbar-rehab patients use it for guided PT homework between clinic visits.
  • AT YOUR DESK, IN THE CLINIC, OR AT THE BIRTHING CENTER — Use it through an 8-hour active-sitting workday, the third trimester and early labor, daily 10-minute core sessions, or PT homework between visits. Often called a gym ball, fitness ball, yoga ball large, physio ball, physical therapy ball, or fitball. Pairs naturally with a yoga mat, foam roller, resistance bands, and a peanut ball for labor — add the ProBody Pilates Ring Set for a full low-impact circuit.
  • OUR 12-MONTH PROMISE — The ball ships in your chosen size (45, 55, 65, 75, or 85 cm) and color (9 options), with dual-action pump, two ball plugs, stopper remover, and printed exercise guide. ProBody Pilates is a small US business that's been making pilates and yoga ball equipment since 2014 — Amazon's Choice with 12,000+ ratings. If your ball or pump fails to hold air within 12 months, message us and we'll replace it.

FAQ

What products does Stretchora sell?

Stretchora offers yoga and wellness accessories, including yoga mats, blocks, straps, bolsters, meditation cushions, blankets, towels, resistance bands, mobility tools, recovery products, carrying bags, storage solutions, and teaching aids. We do not currently sell yoga apparel.

How do I choose the right yoga mat?

Consider the mat’s dimensions, thickness, material, surface texture, portability, and intended use. Standard mats suit everyday practice, extra-thick mats provide additional cushioning, travel mats are easier to carry, and alignment mats include visual position guides. Always review the specifications on the product page before ordering.

How much does shipping cost?

Stretchora charges a flat shipping fee of $6.90 per order. The applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout. International customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included unless specifically stated.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, although processing may take up to 5 business days during busy periods. Estimated delivery after dispatch is generally 5–10 business days within the United States and 10–20 business days for international destinations. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, or other external factors.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing available tracking information. Tracking updates may take approximately 2–5 days to appear after dispatch, particularly when packages are transferred between international and local carriers.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 12 hours of purchase. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellation once supplier confirmation, processing, packaging, or shipment has begun. A request is approved only after Stretchora confirms it in writing.

What is your return policy?

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Items must generally be unused, unwashed, unassembled, and returned with their original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components. All returns require prior written authorization. Certain opened or used personal-contact and safety-related products may not be returnable unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 7 days after delivery and include your order number, a description of the issue, clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label, and a video when reasonably necessary. Keep all packaging and components until our review is complete.

Can I return an item to the business address shown on the website?

No. Do not send products to our Hong Kong legal business address unless our support team specifically confirms it as the authorized return address in writing. Return locations may vary depending on the product, warehouse, supplier, and reason for return.

Are Stretchora products suitable for everyone?

Product suitability depends on the user’s experience, physical condition, intended activity, and practice environment. Review all dimensions, materials, instructions, warnings, installation requirements, and weight limits before use. Stop using any product that appears damaged or unstable. Stretchora does not provide medical advice, and customers with injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or safety concerns should consult a qualified professional before beginning a new activity.
