About this item

  • The "Modern Home Decor" Standard – the central element of an interior composition and a territory of absolute relaxation. A noble shimmer with an accented textured border transforms a nursery or living room into a designer lounge. Immerse yourself in an atmosphere of refined comfort, warmth, and coziness. The inviting surface of a "soft pre-dawn cloud" calls for you to slow down and enjoy the moment.
  • The Luxury of a Textured Border: The wide edging is like an artful frame for a painting. The voluminous border with an expressive relief gives the product a flawless shape and visual weight, performing the important function of a frame. The calibrated texture of the edge emphasizes the impressive thickness – the rug looks expensive, solid, and complete.
  • Three-Layer Innovation: A multifaceted engineering masterpiece in creating coziness. Top layer: "Step into the Clouds" – a tactile delight. Every touch is a relaxation session. The high-density foam core is capable of providing full, reliable cushioning. Completing this technological pyramid is a dotted anti-slip base. The steadfast support secures the rug during active games and workouts.
  • "One rug – endless scenarios." A multifunctional platform for any of your family's tasks at every stage of the day. It is a leisure center for board games, reading, and movie nights. A safe zone for "tummy time," crawling, and first steps. For yoga, pilates, and home workouts. For maximum safety, check the rug's fixation before intense activity.
  • A Mark of Trust: CloudSoft proudly carries the OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 label (Certificate No. 24.HCN.50696), which is the "gold standard" for textile safety. The complete absence of BPA, phthalates, and formamide is officially confirmed. The eco-environment meets international requirements for everyday goods.
  • Premium craftsmanship. Created for real life: quality stands the test of time and an active pace of life. CloudSoft retains its original density and elasticity even after intensive use. Strength in every thread – the wear-resistant filler is resistant to challenges.
  • Art in the Details: A functional item resulting from the combination of lush pile and a dense base. Every element serves comfort and durability. Every stitch and every line of the edging is executed with jewelry-like precision. The dense weave and reinforced edges maintain their aesthetic appeal for many years.
  • Cleanliness in the Moment: A special thread impregnation creates a hydrophobic effect: spilled liquid remains on the surface, waiting for your touch. The protection works effectively provided there is instant cleaning, preventing deep stains. This is the ideal solution for an active life, where a vacuum cleaner and a damp cloth are all that's needed to maintain the luster.
  • Effortless Aesthetics. The product is delivered carefully folded. Compact and thoughtful packaging simplifies installation. Allow the foam to "rest" for 72 hours. The rug restores its volume and majestic thickness. The choice for those who value premium service and want a ready-made solution for comfortable living here and now.
  • A Status Gift: A logical and valuable gift that is appropriate always and everywhere. An ideal gesture of care that everyone will appreciate. Universal for any occasion: For Baby Showers and Births. For Housewarmings, Christmas, and New Year. Give your loved ones not just things, but moments of tenderness and "warmth underfoot" during the cold season.

How do I choose the right yoga mat?

Consider the mat’s dimensions, thickness, material, surface texture, portability, and intended use. Standard mats suit everyday practice, extra-thick mats provide additional cushioning, travel mats are easier to carry, and alignment mats include visual position guides. Always review the specifications on the product page before ordering.

How much does shipping cost?

Stretchora charges a flat shipping fee of $6.90 per order. The applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout. International customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included unless specifically stated.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, although processing may take up to 5 business days during busy periods. Estimated delivery after dispatch is generally 5–10 business days within the United States and 10–20 business days for international destinations. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, or other external factors.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing available tracking information. Tracking updates may take approximately 2–5 days to appear after dispatch, particularly when packages are transferred between international and local carriers.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 12 hours of purchase. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellation once supplier confirmation, processing, packaging, or shipment has begun. A request is approved only after Stretchora confirms it in writing.

What is your return policy?

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Items must generally be unused, unwashed, unassembled, and returned with their original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components. All returns require prior written authorization. Certain opened or used personal-contact and safety-related products may not be returnable unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 7 days after delivery and include your order number, a description of the issue, clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label, and a video when reasonably necessary. Keep all packaging and components until our review is complete.

Can I return an item to the business address shown on the website?

No. Do not send products to our Hong Kong legal business address unless our support team specifically confirms it as the authorized return address in writing. Return locations may vary depending on the product, warehouse, supplier, and reason for return.

Are Stretchora products suitable for everyone?

Product suitability depends on the user’s experience, physical condition, intended activity, and practice environment. Review all dimensions, materials, instructions, warnings, installation requirements, and weight limits before use. Stop using any product that appears damaged or unstable. Stretchora does not provide medical advice, and customers with injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or safety concerns should consult a qualified professional before beginning a new activity.
