Stretchora offers yoga and wellness accessories, including yoga mats, blocks, straps, bolsters, meditation cushions, blankets, towels, resistance bands, mobility tools, recovery products, carrying bags, storage solutions, and teaching aids. We do not currently sell yoga apparel.

Consider the mat’s dimensions, thickness, material, surface texture, portability, and intended use. Standard mats suit everyday practice, extra-thick mats provide additional cushioning, travel mats are easier to carry, and alignment mats include visual position guides. Stretchora charges a flat shipping fee of $6.90 per order. The applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout. International customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included unless specifically stated.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, although processing may take up to 5 business days during busy periods. Estimated delivery after dispatch is generally 5–10 business days within the United States and 10–20 business days for international destinations. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, or other external factors.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing available tracking information. Tracking updates may take approximately 2–5 days to appear after dispatch, particularly when packages are transferred between international and local carriers.

Contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 12 hours of purchase. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellation once supplier confirmation, processing, packaging, or shipment has begun. A request is approved only after Stretchora confirms it in writing.

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Items must generally be unused, unwashed, unassembled, and returned with their original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components. All returns require prior written authorization. Certain opened or used personal-contact and safety-related products may not be returnable unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Contact us within 7 days after delivery and include your order number, a description of the issue, clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label, and a video when reasonably necessary. Keep all packaging and components until our review is complete.
