About this item

  • 【Enhanced Shoulder Support】The Shoulder Abduction Sling provides reliable immobilization and comfort for shoulder injuries and post-surgical recovery. It is ideal for managing conditions such as shoulder dislocations, subluxations, rotator cuff and bicep repairs, and collarbone fractures. Designed to aid in healing, it helps prevent post-operative complications and supports long-term shoulder health.
  • 【Ergonomic Customized Fit】Engineered for both comfort and stability, the lightweight sling features Y-shaped shoulder straps that is wide and soft to alleviate neck pressure while providing secure support. The breathable mesh and sponge-padded straps across the shoulder, chest, and waist provide optimal ventilation while preventing discomfort around the neck and armpits. Adjustable straps allow for a tailored fit, accommodating various body sizes and ensuring optimal immobilization during recovery.
  • 【Secure & Stable Design】Equipped with high-quality hook-and-loop fasteners, the sling offers a firm yet adjustable fit. The 30° abduction pillow provides additional comfort, especially when lying flat, by maintaining proper shoulder positioning. Its ergonomic structure ensures restful sleep with continued support, making it an excellent choice for post-operative care.
  • 【Practical Features】Designed for convenience, the sling includes a built-in pocket for easy storage of personal belongings, eliminating the need for an extra bag. It is suitable for both left and right arms and can be used with or without the abduction pillows, allowing for unrestricted movement of the hand, wrist, and elbow—facilitating active rehabilitation and everyday tasks.
  • 【Hand Sports Ball】The included hand sports ball (with support splint) offers a comfortable resting spot for the hand while enhancing circulation and stability. Securely attached to the aluminum alloy support, it aids in muscle activation and blood flow while keeping the wrist and arm properly stabilized for a more effective recovery.
  • 【Contoured Abduction Pillow】The anatomically shaped abduction pillow allows for customizable abduction angles from 15° to 30° with a removable foam cushion. It prevents backward arm movement while maintaining sturdy yet comfortable support. The soft, breathable fabric ensures long-term wearability, and the pillow covers are removable and washable for easy maintenance.
  • Note: The default setup is for right-arm use (green labels on shoulder strap). If you wear it on the left arm, the arm support sleeve, large abduction pillow (15°), small removable abduction pillow (15°), and hand sports ball must be detached and reinstalled in the opposite direction.

FAQ

What products does Stretchora sell?

Stretchora offers yoga and wellness accessories, including yoga mats, blocks, straps, bolsters, meditation cushions, blankets, towels, resistance bands, mobility tools, recovery products, carrying bags, storage solutions, and teaching aids. We do not currently sell yoga apparel.

How do I choose the right yoga mat?

Consider the mat’s dimensions, thickness, material, surface texture, portability, and intended use. Standard mats suit everyday practice, extra-thick mats provide additional cushioning, travel mats are easier to carry, and alignment mats include visual position guides. Always review the specifications on the product page before ordering.

How much does shipping cost?

Stretchora charges a flat shipping fee of $6.90 per order. The applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout. International customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included unless specifically stated.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, although processing may take up to 5 business days during busy periods. Estimated delivery after dispatch is generally 5–10 business days within the United States and 10–20 business days for international destinations. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, or other external factors.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing available tracking information. Tracking updates may take approximately 2–5 days to appear after dispatch, particularly when packages are transferred between international and local carriers.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 12 hours of purchase. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellation once supplier confirmation, processing, packaging, or shipment has begun. A request is approved only after Stretchora confirms it in writing.

What is your return policy?

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Items must generally be unused, unwashed, unassembled, and returned with their original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components. All returns require prior written authorization. Certain opened or used personal-contact and safety-related products may not be returnable unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 7 days after delivery and include your order number, a description of the issue, clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label, and a video when reasonably necessary. Keep all packaging and components until our review is complete.

Can I return an item to the business address shown on the website?

No. Do not send products to our Hong Kong legal business address unless our support team specifically confirms it as the authorized return address in writing. Return locations may vary depending on the product, warehouse, supplier, and reason for return.

Are Stretchora products suitable for everyone?

Product suitability depends on the user’s experience, physical condition, intended activity, and practice environment. Review all dimensions, materials, instructions, warnings, installation requirements, and weight limits before use. Stop using any product that appears damaged or unstable. Stretchora does not provide medical advice, and customers with injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or safety concerns should consult a qualified professional before beginning a new activity.
