About this item

  • HANDS-FREE COMMUTE & EASY CARRY: Transform your heavy yoga mat into a portable backpack in seconds. This Yoga Mat Strap serves as a lightweight alternative to bulky bags, allowing you to sling your gear over your shoulder or across your body. Perfect for walking to the studio, cycling to the gym, or traveling hands-free
  • ENGINEERED FOR THICK MATS (UP TO 1 INCH): 64 inch*1.5inch width, a holder that fits! Unlike standard straps that pop open on jumbo mats, our extended loop design easily cinches around 1/2-inch to 1-inch thick NBR/Pilates mats. The adjustable loops grip securely, keeping even the thickest "beasts" rolled tight and organized for vertical storage
  • HEAVY-DUTY COTTON BLEND WEAVE: Crafted from a substantial, thick cotton blend that won't snap under weight. This durable strap provides a premium, sturdy feel (not flimsy ribbon), ensuring your mat stays safe during transport. Note: Due to the thick material, please pull the loop tight against the mat texture to lock it in place
  • 2-IN-1 STRETCHING ASSIST: More than just a carrier. At the studio, use it as a yoga strap to deepen your stretches, improve flexibility, and hold poses longer. A versatile essential tool that transitions seamlessly from commute to practice
  • SECURE LOCK INSTRUCTIONS:Never Worry About Unraveling, to prevent slipping on smooth mats, position the loop knot approx. 4 inches from the mat ends and tug firmly to engage the self-locking friction. Engineered with a textured cotton-blend that provides grip friction. Unlike slippery nylon straps, our loops lock onto your mat firmly, ensuring your gear stays rolled up tight from your car to the studio. Compatible with textured mats, foam rollers, and blankets

FAQ

What products does Stretchora sell?

Stretchora offers yoga and wellness accessories, including yoga mats, blocks, straps, bolsters, meditation cushions, blankets, towels, resistance bands, mobility tools, recovery products, carrying bags, storage solutions, and teaching aids. We do not currently sell yoga apparel.

How do I choose the right yoga mat?

Consider the mat’s dimensions, thickness, material, surface texture, portability, and intended use. Standard mats suit everyday practice, extra-thick mats provide additional cushioning, travel mats are easier to carry, and alignment mats include visual position guides. Always review the specifications on the product page before ordering.

How much does shipping cost?

Stretchora charges a flat shipping fee of $6.90 per order. The applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout. International customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included unless specifically stated.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, although processing may take up to 5 business days during busy periods. Estimated delivery after dispatch is generally 5–10 business days within the United States and 10–20 business days for international destinations. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, or other external factors.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing available tracking information. Tracking updates may take approximately 2–5 days to appear after dispatch, particularly when packages are transferred between international and local carriers.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 12 hours of purchase. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellation once supplier confirmation, processing, packaging, or shipment has begun. A request is approved only after Stretchora confirms it in writing.

What is your return policy?

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Items must generally be unused, unwashed, unassembled, and returned with their original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components. All returns require prior written authorization. Certain opened or used personal-contact and safety-related products may not be returnable unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 7 days after delivery and include your order number, a description of the issue, clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label, and a video when reasonably necessary. Keep all packaging and components until our review is complete.

Can I return an item to the business address shown on the website?

No. Do not send products to our Hong Kong legal business address unless our support team specifically confirms it as the authorized return address in writing. Return locations may vary depending on the product, warehouse, supplier, and reason for return.

Are Stretchora products suitable for everyone?

Product suitability depends on the user’s experience, physical condition, intended activity, and practice environment. Review all dimensions, materials, instructions, warnings, installation requirements, and weight limits before use. Stop using any product that appears damaged or unstable. Stretchora does not provide medical advice, and customers with injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or safety concerns should consult a qualified professional before beginning a new activity.
